Piaras and Jim descend from James, son of Eamon Rua Mac Sweeney, Head of the House of Doe 1834/51 while Rose (married to Jim) descends from Catherine, a dau. of Eamon Rua Mac Sweeney. Merle O Donnell, from Queensland, Australia, is related to Dan Mór Sweeney,  Event 2002.  Merle also attended the O Donnell reunion.
